MABI SWIMWEAR EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

 

At MABI we stand by the high quality of our products, and we endeavour to make every effort to make our customers be satisfied with their purchase.

If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us as soon as possible.

 

Exchange & Returns

 

All MABI customers are provided with a period of 15 days, to return or exchange any item purchased.

The exchange could be for another size or a different design. In case the price of the new exchanged product is higher than the original item, the price difference between the products will be invoiced. If the exchanged product price is smaller than the original product, the customer will receive a MABI gift card with the remaining money on credit for their next purchase, with no expiration date.

If the customer does not wish to exchange their product for other of the current collection, they will receive a MABI card with the full refund, in credit with no expiration date.  

Any exchanged or returned product should be sent in its original condition, with its label attached, and original packaging.  

The cost associated with any exchange is £9.90 due to second postage and packaging of the new item. Returning a product is free of charge, as long as it has been done meeting the deadlines.
