This document sets out the Terms & Conditions of purchasing on mabiswimwear.com and is applicable to UK and European based customers only.  MABI Swimwear reserves the right to reject the returns of goods which are not returned in accordance with our Shipping & Returns Policy.

This policy is applicable only to online customers and does not extend to customers who have purchased from a MABI Swimwear Stockist. Items purchased from a MABI Swimwear Stockist are bound under that retailer’s Returns and Exchanges Policy. MABI Swimwear cannot be held accountable, or provide refunds or exchanges, for purchases made outside of the MABI Swimwear website.

How It Works

Once you’ve placed an order you will receive an order notification via email, letting you know we have received your order.

When an item is ready to ship, a dispatch notice will be confirmed by email. As a guide, your order will normally be despatched within 24hours.

Postage Charges

All orders will incur a shipping charge of £5 within the UK and £15 to mainland Europe. These charges are non-refundable when an order cancellation occurs after your swimwear has been shipped.

Delivery Timeframes

MABI SWIMWEAR uses carbon neutral delivery shipping. We aim to have your swimwear delivered to you within 3-5 working days from time of order.

  • USPS Standard Shipping (3-5 business days) with approximate delivery time of 3-5 business days.
  • DHL Overnight Shipping – with approximate delivery time of next business day.

Depending on the shipping service you have selected, after dispatch, your order will arrive within 1-5 business days.

Please note weekend days are not business days. Please allow up to 1 business day for processing. Please note that transit times are measured at the point of dispatch.


MABI SWIMWEAR are passionate about customer service and we aim to please every customer with swimwear that is beautifully made with careful attention to ‘Perfect Fitting’. We are confident, that with your careful consideration of our size guidance, you will purchase swimwear that is the correct fit.

We accept bikinis purchased from MABI SWIMWEAR in new condition with tags and liners in tact for store credit. Return shipping is at customer expense. You have 15days from the day you purchased your items to send them back to us for store credit. Please note all final sale items are not eligible for refund, exchange or store credit. Sale items, including items purchased with a discount of 15% or more are not eligible for exchange. For sanitary reasons please try on swimwear over your underwear, we do not accept returns that are worn or are soiled/stained.

Faulty Goods

We hope that you will never experience a damaged or faulty item as every piece is hand checked and lovingly packaged before being delivered to you. However if you feel there is a manufacturing fault or you have received an incorrect order please contact us immediately via email at [email protected] so that we can personally assist you and sort out the problem as quickly as possible.   

MABI SWIMWEAR reimburse you for the postage of your returned parcel if your swimwear is faulty or been packed incorrectly.  

Cancellation and Returns

We accept cancellation of orders from the time when the order has been placed online until 15days after the delivery of your goods. If your order has not yet shipped you will receive an immediate refund.

If you have received the goods YOU MUST NOT OPEN THE PACKAGING AND BREAK THE HYGIENE SEAL. We are unable to accept your cancellation of order if the garment is out of the packaging, has been worn, tags taken off or hygiene slips removed. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we have the right to refuse a refund.

In order to cancel your order you will need to email [email protected] with your order number and details of purchase.

Once the cancellation of order has been made, you will be given an address to which you must send back the parcel within 1days. We recommend using a tracked postage service and for you to hang onto your receipt until your returned funds have cleared. MABI SWIMWEAR are not responsible for any returns parcels lost in transit and you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

The shipping cost incurred for returning the item to MABI SWIMWEAR are NOT covered or reimbursed by us.

Once the parcel is received by MABI SWIMWEAR, your refund will be issued. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt and you will receive confirmation of your refund via email. Please note that refunds can only be issued back to your original payment method.
